1. The Service
শ্রুতিঘর (story.pvpsbox.com) is a private, invitation-only production studio for creating and publishing Bengali audio dramas. By logging in you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by the administrator only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The administrator may suspend or remove accounts at any time.
3. Content and intellectual property
Stories, scripts and audio produced with the Service belong to the team that operates it. You must only upload voice samples and materials you have the right to use — recordings of a person require that person's consent. Publishing to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram happens only when an authorised user explicitly triggers it, and the content then also falls under the respective platform's terms.
4. Acceptable use
The Service must not be used to create or publish unlawful content, hate speech, impersonation of real persons without consent, or content that violates the policies of the platforms it is published to.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates Google (Drive/YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs and GPU cloud processors. Their availability is outside our control; connected accounts can be disconnected from Settings at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
